Rug Underlay

We recommend underlay for all rugs. It prevents movement on hard floors and carpet and protects the weave meaning your rug will last longer and look better over time.

Our German made underlay is a non-slip rug underlay with light adhesive on both sides which can be used on both soft and hard floors and on heated floors. It can also be used on carpets to prevent rugs from creeping.

An underlay is highly recommended for all rugs as it will extend the life of your rug and makes vacuuming much easier.

Suitable for all surfaces - carpet, timber, laminate, concrete, tile, stone, marble, tile, vinyl, cork. 

Underlays are available pre-cut to fit our standard sized rugs. The underlay is separate to the rug and sits approx. 5 cm inside the rug on all edges.

The 0.7 x 1.5m underlay is for Nook Styles only and will need to be cut to size.
