FREE DELIVERY NZ WIDE | includes rural delivery
We offer FREE delivery on all items purchased online. We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible, the same day or next depending on courier collection times; you will receive full tracking details once your item(s) has/have been despatched.
Our FREE delivery extends throughout New Zealand and includes Rural deliveries. Please help us ensure we send correctly by noting RD addresses where applicable; there is no additional charge for RD delivery but omitting the correct RD address can cause delays.
All items on the website have stock availability noted. In Stock items will be despatched same day or next (as above). Armadillo rugs that are On Backorder will be delivered to you within 4 - 8 weeks. Delivering in our stated timeframes is paramount; please contact us for a more accurate time frame if needed.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Once the courier has picked up your order, you'll be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your item(s).
Items under approx. 2m long will arrive via courier, those over 2m via Freight (truck network). Drivers cannot confirm an exact time/day for delivery. We can mark delivery requests provided by you on your item(s) but we cannot guarantee the person making the delivery will be able to comply.
Please note that delivery via courier and Freight is on a Delivery to Door basis. If delivery is going to an apartment/office building/complex, delivery will be to the main entry of the building only. For heavier rugs, your courier may ask for assistance with carrying the rug from the vehicle to your front door.
Delivery is deemed to be effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods were received. If the packaging is damaged, please do not sign the delivery docket and contact us immediately.
If the delivery is attempted to your address and no one is able to sign for it, then the delivery company will transfer it to a nearby depot and leave a card with a number to call to arrange a re-delivery.
If you prefer for the parcel to be left at your delivery address in your absence, please note “Authority to Leave” including any other special delivery notes in the Comments section of the online check out.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the person making the delivery will specifically follow the location instructions. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, dirt, damage, theft etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
After despatch, shipping time to most parts of NZ is 1 - 7 days; rural deliveries may take an additional day or two.
We do offer a timed delivery and installation service for an additional cost. Please contact us for details. This service is only available in the Auckland area currently.
