Set between Auckland’s Law Courts and the CBD precinct, this 1920s apartment has been thoughtfully reimagined by Emma Hofmann as a serene city retreat. Soft light filters across pale oak floors and panelled walls, while aged brass accents bring quiet warmth and a sense of history.

In the living room, Armadillo's Malawi rug in Chino grounds the space with its soft, textured surface; a gentle foundation that complements the neutral palette and natural materials throughout.

In the bedroom, Armadillo's Paragon rug in Birch continues the sense of calm, its hand-knotted wool adding comfort and understated luxury underfoot.
A considered balance of tone, texture, and restraint, the Westminster Project captures Emma’s signature approach — timeless, inviting, and effortlessly refined.
